Before Today is a post-hardcore band formed in San Diego, California in 1998 under the name Early Times. The band released their first album titled 'A Celebration of an Ending' in 2004 for Equal Vision Records and toured until the band split up in 2006 due to members Joe Tancil and Mitch Ballatore quitting. The band consisted of members Vic Fuentes (lead vocals, guitar, keyboard) and Mike Fuentes (drums, backing vocals), who later founded Pierce the Veil.
