The Pax Cecilia is a post-metal and chamber music band based in Rochester, New York. Their music radiates beauty, loss, and complex emotion, combining elements of screamo, classical, and metal. They released their first album "Nouveau: A Theater of Air" in 2003 and their second full-length album "Blessed Are The Bonds" in 2007. The band is known for long-form compositions and intricate arrangements.
