Stout is a hardcore punk band from Baltimore City, MD, formed in 1995. The original members include vocalist Thaddeus Stamps and drummer Scott Powers. Guitarist Josh Hart and bassist Douglas Williams joined in 1998, marking a more serious focus on songwriting and touring.
