Oeil

Oeil is an indie rock/pop duo and shoegaze band formed in Tokyo in 2007. The band is centered on the songwriting partnership of singer Mitsuko Hoshino and producer-guitarist Takafumi Hibino. Known for their shoegaze sound with noisy guitar and samplers, they have released albums such as Urban Twilight and Perfect. They have a dedicated following and have toured with other notable bands.
