Marietta was an indie/emo band from Philadelphia. They formed in late 2011 and began playing shows in 2012. They drew inspiration from bands like Barenaked Ladies. Members included Evan Lescallette (Guitar, Vocals), Ethan Willard (Guitar, Vocals), Ben Johnson (Bass), and Andrew Weigel (Drums). Marietta released two full-length albums, a demo, a single, and a couple of splits with Modern Baseball and other bands. The band decided to break up in 2015 but reunited for shows in 2025.
