Knifeplay is an American shoegaze group from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Originally a solo bedroom recording project of Tj Strohmer, the band has evolved into a collaborative, production-focused, studio-recorded group. Their sound blends elements of shoegaze, slowcore, and folk songwriting, creating an intricate and majestic atmosphere.
