Ensslin is an alternative/indie band formed in 2014, originating from Angarsk, Irkutsk Oblast, Russian Federation. Initially an instrumental band, its members previously played in the band Buran (emo violence) before radically changing their sound to a style similar to midwest emo. They have released albums such as Thumbsucker and notable songs including Melancholy, Realm of Fancy, Intimacy, Lotus-Eater, and There's Nothing Holding Me Down.
