Emo Side Project is an American emo recording project (and sometimes full band) of Mae McShan, originally based in Kansas City, now based in Philadelphia. Started in 2002 as a satire on 'emo' music culture, it is inspired by artists experimenting with color and how color can evoke certain emotions.
