Bay Faction

Bay Faction is a three-piece indie rock band from Boston, Massachusetts, known for their alignment with emo and alternative/indie genres. They emerged in the Boston DIY scene in 2015 with their self-titled debut album, which gained a cult following. The band consists of James McDermott (vocals), Kris Roman (bass), and Alex Agresti (drums). After a hiatus from 2020 to 2024, Bay Faction relaunched with a sold-out tour and released new singles such as "Drive Home," "Eye Sore," and "Sunshine" from their forthcoming EP. Their sound features clean vocals, jangly guitars, and catchy melodies, blending indie rock with emo influences.
